Low-quality and overdue products

Non-toxic waste from food production facilities, expired and low-quality products, food waste from non-infectious hospitals, educational institutions and retail chains are subject to mandatory recycling. DSL-2010″ disposes of this type of waste in accordance with the requirements and norms of the Law of Ukraine “On the withdrawal of low-quality products” and “On Waste”. Disposal is carried out to protect the environment and human health from exposure to toxins and infectious diseases that may arise from decomposition of food products.

expired goods, products with erased or unreadable expiration date;
products, the quality and performance of which violates the requirements of the current regulatory and technical documentation;
Products with damaged packaging, non-commodity appearance;
low-quality products that can harm human health;
products obtained by confiscation, adulteration;
food waste from catering establishments, educational institutions, hospitals without an infectious disease department;
food waste from enterprises;
illiquid goods from warehouses and retail chains.
